# How to invite your team

Give your team their own login: supervisors to run orders, crew members to time the work assigned to them. Only owners and admins see what things cost and what you make on them.

## Invite someone

1. Go to **Staff** and click **Add Staff**. Enter their **First Name**, **Last Name**, **Email** and **App Role**, fill in **Compensation**, and click **Save**.
2. On the **Staff** page, open their row's menu and click **Invite to App**.
3. Check the **Email Address** and **App Role**, then click **Send Invite**.

They get an email with a link to create their account, where they add their name, job title and a password. The link lasts 7 days. Open their row's menu to **Resend Invite**, which gives them another 7, or to **Cancel Invite**.

Only owners and admins can invite people. Someone who already has a Prophitable account can't be invited with that email.

## Choose a role

| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| **Admin** | Everything except managing the subscription |
| **Supervisor** | Runs purchase, sales, make and transport orders, and oversees the team |
| **Crew Member** | Runs and times the make and transport orders assigned to them |

## What you'll see

Until they accept, hovering the icon on their row shows "Invite sent, not yet accepted". On the Starter plan, two people can use the app, you included, and a pending invite takes a place. Adding staff without inviting them doesn't use one.

Costs and profit are for owners and admins. Supervisors see the prices on sales and purchase orders, but not your production costs or your profit on an order.
