Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Try any plan free for 30 days, no credit card required.

What happens after my trial ends?

Your account pauses until you pick a plan. Everything you entered stays put, and when you subscribe you pick up right where you left off.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, anytime from Settings. The change takes effect right away, and your next bill is adjusted for the days left in the cycle. To move to a smaller plan, your products and team need to fit its limits first.

Why no per-user pricing?

Most tools charge $49–99 per additional user. We include team members on every plan: 2 on Starter, unlimited on Growth and Pro. Your pricing goes up when your business grows, not when you add a teammate.

I use a co-packer — do I still need the full platform?

No. Skip recipes and production and start where your co-packer hands off: receive finished goods at landed cost, track the inventory, sell it, and see the profit on every order. Pick a plan by how many products you sell, the same as everyone else.

How does this compare to QuickBooks?
