What's New
Prophitable ships every week. This is what went out each month, and why it matters if you make or sell food.

Operations Layer
Snap a supplier receipt with your phone. Prophitable pulls the suppliers, prices, lots, and UPCs off the page and lands them in inventory in seconds.
Track the same ingredient across multiple suppliers, each with their own prices, SKUs, and pack sizes. Switch suppliers between purchase orders, and every recipe, package, product, and sale that uses that ingredient updates on its own.
Per-unit profit clarity gets impossible by hand once you cross 50 recipes and a few suppliers. This is the layer that keeps the math honest while the business scales.

Mobile Responsive
Prophitable now works on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Start a production timer in the warehouse. Check a sales order on the delivery van. Pull up today's profit from a farmer's market stall, without walking back to a laptop.
The tool should live where the work does.

Summary
Cost visibility: Missing costs are flagged on every recipe, package, product, and sales order that depends on them. No more mystery zeros.
Shelf life: Every product tracks its own shelf life separate from its recipe. Finished goods expire on their own clock.
UI polish: Type, spacing, and sizing tightened across every page. More on screen, less scrolling.

ReciPal Import
If you keep your recipes in ReciPal for nutrition labels, you can now import the whole library into Prophitable in under five seconds. One pilot brought 160 recipes over on the first try. No cleanup needed.
Ingredients attached to each recipe land in the app and are ready to cost.

Update
Staff invites + 4-role permissions: Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff. Financial data hides for roles that shouldn't see it.
Real-time pricing cascade: Change a supplier's price on a purchase order. Every recipe, variant, product, and package that uses it updates instantly.
Unit propagation: Update a material's unit and every downstream recipe follows automatically.
Onboarding emails: Four guided emails walk new users through setup.

Transport Orders
Transport Orders (TO) cover the full delivery workflow. Plan a route across multiple stops with Google Maps. Link each stop to the sales orders it fulfills. Allocate mileage, labor, and fuel costs across those orders. Mark the TO delivered and the linked sales orders update on their own.
One delivery day can cover a dozen stops and just as many customers, and the costs settle correctly on each.

Co-Packer / Co-Manufacturer Support
If you work with a co-manufacturer on a tolling or finished-goods agreement, Prophitable handles the full unit economics. Flag a product as externally sourced. Receive finished goods through a Purchase Order. Capture per-unit tolling fees, shipping, tax, and extra charges separately. See the full co-pack breakdown inside your Sales Order profit summary.
You can mix co-packed and in-house products in one order. The math holds up either way.

Prophitable MVP Launch
The full platform launched in January 2026. Prophitable tracks cost from raw ingredient through production to finished product to final sale. That's 20 features across the operation: ingredients, suppliers, recipes, packages, products, purchase orders, make orders, sales orders, transport orders, and everything in between.
Built alongside food and beverage founders who were tired of spreadsheets that lied to them about their margins.
