Staff invites + 4-role permissions: Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff. Financial data hides for roles that shouldn't see it.

Real-time pricing cascade: Change a supplier's price on a purchase order. Every recipe, variant, product, and package that uses it updates instantly.

Transport Orders

Transport Orders (TO) cover the full delivery workflow. Plan a route across multiple stops with Google Maps. Link each stop to the sales orders it fulfills. Allocate mileage, labor, and fuel costs across those orders. Mark the TO delivered and the linked sales orders update on their own.

 

One delivery day can cover a dozen stops and just as many customers, and the costs settle correctly on each.

Co-Packer / Co-Manufacturer Support

If you work with a co-manufacturer on a tolling or finished-goods agreement, Prophitable handles the full unit economics. Flag a product as externally sourced.
