Growth — Everything in Starter, up to 4 team members, email and chat support. Up to 50 orders/mo and 24 SKUs.

Pro — Everything in Growth, unlimited orders/SKUs/team members, priority support.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for 12 months after any increase.

New accounts get 14 days of free Growth-tier access. No credit card required. After the trial, your account goes read-only (your data is preserved) until you subscribe.

 

Billing and Renewal

 

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) through Stripe

• Subscriptions auto-renew — cancel before your renewal date to stop future charges

• All fees are in US dollars

• You're responsible for applicable taxes

Your Data

 

You own your data. Everything you enter into Prophitable — ingredients, recipes, products, orders, costs, staff, customers — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

Our license. You give us permission to process, store, and display your data to provide the service. This permission ends when you delete your account.

​

Aggregated data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (stripped of all identifying information) for benchmarking and product improvement. We will never identify your business.

​

Data export. You can request an export of your data at any time by emailing percy@prophitable.io. Self-serve export is coming soon.

 

Cancellation

 

• Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period

• After cancellation, your data is preserved in read-only mode for 90 days

• You can export your data during that 90-day window

• After 90 days, your data may be deleted

 

What You Can't Do

 

• Use Prophitable for anything illegal

• Share or sell your account credentials

• Try to access other users' accounts or our systems

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the software

• Resell or redistribute access to the service

• Use Prophitable to build a competing product

• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

 

Our Intellectual Property

 

The Prophitable software, design, features, and branding belong to Prophit Technologies LLC. These Terms give you the right to use the service — not to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, we can use them freely without obligation.

 

Disclaimers

 

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We don't guarantee accuracy. Prophitable is a cost-tracking tool, not a certified financial system. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all cost calculations, profit projections, and inventory data before making business decisions.

​

We don't provide business advice. Prophitable is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or legal guidance.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

​

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages from business decisions made based on data in the service.

​

Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions. Where that applies, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

 

Indemnification

 

You agree to hold Prophit Technologies LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or business decisions based on data in Prophitable.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

• Governing law: State of California

• Arbitration: Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration (JAMS Streamlined Rules), held in Los Angeles County, California

• No class actions: Claims are individual only — no class or representative proceedings

• Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP protection, or bring claims in small claims court

 

Other Terms

 

• These Terms + our privacy policy are the full agreement

• If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies

• We can assign these Terms; you can't without our consent

• Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive it

• We're not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (force majeure)
